Nick Walling is our Head of UAE and assists clients who are either established in the UAE’s financial free zones - the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) – or are looking to setup there. Regulatory licensing and corporate establishment, ongoing outsourced compliance services and advisory work, will all be available within the UAE.

He has over 40 years of experience in financial services – originally with NatWest Bank in the UK but, since 2000, in the UAE. He has been both a regulator – with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and the Central Bank of the UAE - and in the consultancy field, managing the Equiom Corporate Services’ DIFC GRC team.

Nick holds a BSc in Financial Services, from the University of Manchester.
