Kim D’Aversa is our Global Head of Talent, focused on talent advisory, recruitment and competitive intelligence. Prior to joining, Kim worked for Citadel from 2018-2023 where she led data investment recruiting globally and business development for Ashler Capital, one of Citadel’s fundamental long/short equities businesses. Prior to that, Kim was a Vice President at JPMorgan where she ran executive search and sourcing for their Corporate and Investment Bank. Earlier in her career, she worked for Michael Page International, a global recruitment consultancy. She graduated summa cum laude from Towson University and holds a JD from Widener University School of Law.
