Sani Jackson

Partner

Sani Jackson is a Partner for the London office and oversees the London office in terms of strategic direction and team management. She manages Optima’s more complex and strategic clients, leveraging her 10-year Deloitte regulatory consulting experience, as well as her previous role as a Senior Compliance Officer at Brevan Howard. Sani is the lead Partner for delivering European regulatory change initiatives, as well as the design and implementation of effective compliance, governance and risk management frameworks for Optima’s clients.

She combines her Big 4 consulting firm with her commercial in-house experience to deliver practical and effective solutions to clients across governance, risk management and compliance matters. Having conducted a wide range of FSMA s166 investigations during her time at Deloitte, Sani is the Optima lead Partner for FSMA s166 investigations, as well as shadow s166 and regulatory thematic reviews. Sani holds the full CISI Diploma, CFA Level 1 and a BSc First Class Honors in Economics from Queen Mary’s, University of London.
