Jason Yager

Chief Financial Officer

Jason has over 25 years of experience as a finance and operations executive in the professional services industry, focusing mostly on the compliance vertical. He has served in CFO and General Manager roles in global organizations ranging from large Big 4 / Big Bank firms to middle market consultancies. In these roles Jason has been responsible for promoting financial discipline and applying finance-based strategies that maximize the value of the business in support of firmwide strategic goals.

Prior to Optima Jason was the CFO for CSC Corporation’s Corporate and Legal Solutions division and also served as General Manager for the firm’s Asset Based Lending business. Prior to CSC Jason was the CFO at Global Tax Management and led the Shared Services function for the company as well. Jason also served as the Director of Operations for KPMG’s Global Mobility Services practice and led business transformation projects and global programs for JP Morgan as a Vice President in the Asset Management division.

Jason holds CPA, ABV and PMP credentials and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, researching leader emergence within global virtual team constructs.
