Partner - Head of Business Development

Prior to joining Optima Partners in 2023 to lead its sales efforts, Hap was global head of new business for Reorg, a leading provider of credit intelligence, data and analytics. During his seven and half years there, he helped grow the business from 30 to 300 employees, assisted with the launch of the UK and Hong Kong offices, was a senior member of the leadership team, and took part in sale of the business to Permira Advisers. Before that, Hap worked in New York for a real estate private equity fund. Earlier in his career he was a VP of Sales for Gerson Lehrman Group in the London and New York offices, where he managed relationships with hedge fund, venture capital, private equity and mutual fund clients.
